30.00 INITIATION FEE FOR NEW MEMBERS

Application for Membership:
An applicant for Active Membership shall be at least 18 years of age and a citizen of the United States.

The applicant must be sponsored by two active members of Blackwater Practical Shooters LLC or appear in person at any club meeting to apply for membership.  If accepted by the members, the applicant will pay the initiation fee of $30 and the active membership dues of $35.

To apply for membership to Blackwater Practical Shooters LLC:

1. Download the Application for Membership form
2. Complete the form (include the name of sponsors)
3. Download the waivers and fill them out and sign them.
4. Pay initiation fee $30.00 and active membership dues $35.00 (total of $65)
5. Make checks payable to Blackwater Practical Shooters LLC
6. Bring, in person, the completed application form and a check for $65.00 to the next match.
