As stated in the opening page we are a group of people who enjoy the challenge of shooting paper and steel targets at varying ranges. You can use just about any standard out of the box pistol up to full on race guns. There is a category and division for everyone. If you follow the link it will take you to USPSA where you can read more bout the equipment and what you can expect when shooting a match. We encourage new shooters to join us for matches. Bring your pistol at least 3 magazines or speed loaders a standard belt holster (NO SHOULDER HOLSTER OR CROSS DRAW) and magazine pouches. Please take time and watch the video clip on the home page for USPSA It is very informative.

Okay so you have looked at the links you are ready to come out and play? Please read the rules for Conduct on BLACKWATER USA.

1. Blackwater Practical Shooters will only be able to use Blackwater USA shooting facilities on scheduled match dates ONLY! These are the only days we are allowed on the facility.

2. All traffic laws and signs will be obeyed on the property AND from the time you turn on to Puddin Ridge Road. Those that are caught will not be allowed on to the Blackwater USA property for any future use.

3. Stop at the gate!!!

4. The guard will check for identification and to see if you are on the access list. If you are not on the access list you will be turned away. Please do not argue or hassle the guard. This will ban you from the property indefinitely.

5. Blackwater Practical Shooters has an access list for match days only. If you are not on the list, you will be denied access to the property. Contact Terry Bailado, John Reid or Carlos Rodriguez before the match to ensure you will get on the list.

6. The cafeteria is for Blackwater USA Employees ONLY! Don’t try to use it!

7. All trash that is with you on match day will go in to proper trash containers.

8. Any appointments other than match days to see or use Blackwater USA’s facility will be made yourself by contacting the Blackwater USA main office.

9. You can take pictures and videos of your shooting, but no pictures or videos of other organizations/groups training at Blackwater

10. Yield to joggers on Blackwater property.

I appreciate all the cooperation from competitors of our matches. I would like to thank you for supporting our matches and obeying the rules and regulations of the facility. Once again, the rules start from the time you turn off of Route 168 and on to Puddin Ridge Road. Thanks again and I look forward to seeing you at future matches.
